I need a new website. I already have a design, I just need you to build my personal website. this is a not for profit venture, the idea is to allow broadcasters to direct people to this site, and enter a code issued by the broadcaster as soon as they enter the code the site starts to transmit video and audio back to the broadcaster, it will also have a text chat feature to allow the person being interviewd and the broadcaster to talk, the person being interviewed doesn't need a return video but will need to hear the audio from the broadcaster
