Visual Basics / Studio Project

I have checked the executable of pigeon planner. I have added a pigeon and further checked about hierarchy file. The data is stored in a .db file which can be loaded next time we open the application. The UI is fine but it's a little bit complicated and a=old school. Do you want to develop a new desktop app or a web app similar to this?
