Twilio is Currently integrated with our Zoho CRM account to send and receive calls through ZOHO. Looking to now set up Twillio Flex and connect to the same Zoho CRM account. Need someone thats qualified and understands both platforms very well. This is a small easy job that should not take more than 30 minutes We have 5 agents all of which we need to be able able to make calls, transfer, create tasks and access customer details and notes through our ZOHO CRM account.
