Suitecrm Custom Development

I am looking for someone who has prior experience in doing some custom development in Suitecrm. The requirements are as follows: 1. Count Report - Records Created, Edited, Viewed by each user for a specified period. Report to be visible only to the admin 2. Drilldown if possible for the above reports 3. Threaded Comments for all modules 4. Recycle Bin 5. Time Tracker/Time Sheet - to track how much time spent module wise with idle time for each user 6. Integration with Tally Prime if possible I want individual pricing for all the requirements and will decide what all I want to get done right now depending up the cost. Some work could be done as a follow-up project.
