streaming video app/web + extra

a Simple android app that i can go live. The live need to stream on a page that you create. I want that i can get the link of that video first that the video begin to stream live. Beside that able to put logo in that android app. i want to know if its able to like website teamviewer, i can have access to go onto my computer using password, and somehow i can gain the internet connection on that pc to use that for my phone to stream the video. Is like pickup the connection of the pc, and use that for stream on phone. Less bid win
