Small webadmin for two way communication with SMS gateway

Hi. We need a skilled developer to work on a code for a SMS gateaway (API and Usermanual is attached) At first we are in testing mode and we will test what we can do with the gateway, but the project can expand for the right developer. – If it works as we want it to work there will be created a two way SMS chat service. The sms gateway is placed on a private network, and are public accessable thru Port mapping (NAT) – The webserver where a admin will be created is on a remote normal hosted linux (fastlite) server with C-panel. We need the following task done. 1. Create a small passwordprotected webadmin on our server/domain. 2. Make a ”sms inbox” and ”sent sms box” and a send/respond SMS function 3. Make the webadmin send command to the SMS modem to send sms that is written on webadmin 4. Make the SMS modem forward all incomming SMS´s to the webadmin included the senders mobile number, time and date. 5. Make the webadmin forward incomming SMS´s to a e-mail We also want you to investigate how we can make the communication as secure as possible. – Maybe encryption , or set up IP for communication. Since we have the SMS server on local network, there is a chanse that the IP may change in the future. – We need a script that notify us if that happends and send us an e-mail, or even better a SMS if that is possible to do this setting from sms gateway. - The webadmin should have a ”greenlight” if connection is OK and a ”redlight” if connection if broken. – It should ”ping” this regulary and many times each day. If the webadmin will be set up with locked IP for communication, we need a place on the webadmin to change the code by simply enter a new IP in the admin area.
