Site re-write

Hello, I have been working on a project for the last eight months or so and have been teaching myself PHP/MySQL as I go. I have developed a working "prototype" (V-0.1) which I am launching locally within the next couple of weeks. The site is written like a "patchwork" of OO PHP and Function based pages but it works on windows/IE5 and Navigator 4 (I think it was 4 ?). Anyway it needs to be re-written to W3C xhtml or xml standards with an emphasis on security. This re-writing will be V-0.2 and will offer new features including an SMS "system" on the user side and an admin panel to deal with database operations. Future development of this site is imperative and may involve other programing languages or protocols. I would like to develop a working relationship with a development company or individual for these future needs.
