Need somebody to make a simple scraper bot that can run in windows VPS 24/7 and save results in a database. Database must be able to communicate with my website which will display these scraped information. Whenever the website display new scraped information, there will be instant alert thru email and telegram. To summarize, it will be 3 things: 1. Custom bot for scraping and save to database 2.
