Scrape data from Documents on internet and put data into excel file

I need to scrape data from the documents show at the links in column F of the attached spreadsheet. There is specific data from the documents that I need to display in the columns N and higher. I have attached scans of documents with the information that I need highlighted/circled and the field name of the column header that I want at the top of the column with the corresponding highlighted/circled data. Some of the fields may not appear on every document. For example, "Right of Redemption" is not on the first 2 documents that I scanned, but it does appear on the 3rd. If the phrase "This property will be sold subject to the 120 day right of redemption of the United States of America," the data I need in excel is only "120" in the "right of redemption" column. For the "Interim Interest" column, if the document contains "The successful bidder must pay interim interest from the date of sale through date of compliance at the rate of 6.25%." I only need "6.25%" to be displayed in the "Interim Interest" column. For the "Deficiency date" and "deficiency days" columns, if the document contains "Bidding will not remain open after the sale," I need "NA" to display in columns R and S. If the document contains "Bidding will not close on the sales day, but will remain open for a period of 30 days to close on 7/2/2014," .... (days and date could be different values than this example). I need "30" to display in column R and 7/2/2014 to display in column S. For the "Encumbrances" column (P), I need the text that appears after the ":". For example, If the document contains the text "This property will be sold subject to the following mortgage(s)/senior encumbrances: None," I need "None" to display in column P. In the third document I scanned, I need "from the date of the sale afforded the United States of America pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A 2410(c)." displayed in column P.
