Hi, I will build this using asp.net mvc and csharp with db of your choice. And for charting purpose I will use highcharts library. I have just put random hours right now I will let you know the hours breakup after getting detailed requirements. We can discuss work progress after every two days so that I can have something constructive to show you. We will make this practice after first week because I have to make application structure and that will be something irritated for you to display if you are a non technical fellow :-) Hope you won't mind it :-).
