Redesign of Website

I am looking for someone to redesign my website: [login to view URL] Please examine the site throughly before you bid The site is hosted on bluehost and used wordpress to design. We can keep wordpress or move away from it, this will depend on pricing. I am looking for somewhat of a complete overhaul. I would like it to look amazing and I need some functionality implemented. Things I will be looking for: 1.) Experience Experience Experience - I need to see some previous work, If you do not have any experience and are not able to show me previous websites that you worked on, please do not bid 2.)I am looking for someone very very fluent in english. If you are not fluent, please do not bother bidding. 3.) Professionalism - I only like to work with people who is professional, makes timelines and keep up to date with them 4.) We may have to make skype/hangout calls from time to time Functionality Needed: This may be a long project but we will be working on it all the time, these will be somewhat of the first milestone but I would like to work with someone who can commit their time to this project and that I can work with for years On top of the redesign I would like to added some or all of these functionalities based on time below : 1.) An Events page sort of like eventbrite - has filtering capabilities ( categories) and you can register for an event 1a.) Registration page - ( after you click on a event , not every event will have an events page ) I need to built a framework where I can let users sign up for an event, this should be customizable ( May have to integrate EventBrite API in someway but we will discuss this ) - All PII mut be encrypted in a database - email address should be orgainzed in way so I can enter into a mailing list 2.) Contact us page - have a picture of each member of the group, along with a contact field ( most of this is already implemented ) 3.) Admin tab - re directs to our backend 4,.) Maybe some type of analytics to see page click throughs and or user information ( this may not be a first deliverable ) 5.) A public submission page - where a user can submit an event and it either comes to us via email in a easy to read format so we can input into our app or it goes to a backend that you create, ( ideally we go the backend route, but we can discuss ) I should be able to manage this all myself and it should not be hard coded to we are assuming a backend will be needed.
