Hi! We are a competition website ([login to view URL]). We have installed two plugins: 1. Raffle Ticket Generator Platinum - Woocommerce (Raffle Ticket Generator. Generate numbered raffle tickets and email virtual tickets via WooCommerce order system) 2. Raffle Ticket Generator Addon - Ticket Cron (Ticket Cron. Generate raffle tickets of unassigned orders that occured due to paypal or patriot type payment methods) Ok so when someone buys a ticket they get an order confirmation email HOWEVER to generate the ticket numbers I have to manually change each order from Processing (in Woocommerce) to On Hold and then Back to Processing and then Completed.....for each order to generate ticket numbers on each confirmation email.... This will not work for us as many of our raffles will have HUNDREDS of orders.... I've been onto Raffle Ticket Generator ALL DAY and they are no help... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!!!
