Php script need to be modify

Looking for php programmer to do the following work. We have members area where user can edit his profile. We need to add 2 fields 1. Members can upload the doc files 2. Member can upload video in his profile. On search his video is shown on specific search page. Time on home page is of server time want to show system time. And when person signs up emails are and emails not parsing in html format. It's showing the html [login to view URL] is html editor already. In search its taking search from the title of database we want to have wide search means any words employee or employer match it shows the result. It's not even more than 2 hour job for php programmer/ PM for more details.
