PHP/mySQL marketing automation platform

**Please do not reply to the job if you do not reside in the USA.** We need the following developed. Usage of Wordpress or Concrete5 is fine, as long as functionality is maintained. We are building a marketing hub, where our users can easily send their customer group an SMS/MMS/Email/[login to view URL] mailer via APIs. Needs a tracking mechanism so we know how many of each they send in a given month. I need a database-driven website designed using PHP and mySQL. Requires the following capabilities: Simple Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) - User able to view all records and send an SMS/MMS/Email/mailer, but will not be able to edit the record. Email creation - User able to build an email with custom fields from records, either by template or from scratch. User registration page - Automatically creates new database for users use, using static fields. Admin Consule- able to manipulate any tables in the system and view usage of users (for billing purposes) Process Automation Tools - users able to create custom automations to send emails, sms, mms, or other API integrations we provide (ex. [login to view URL]) Email creation and and SMS/MMS System - users can design WYSIWYG 1 time message or create a custom automation based on habits of the customer Complete Deployment WEB API INTEGRATION - Communicate with APIs of Signalwire (for SMS/MMS), Sendgrid or other (for Email), [login to view URL] (for mail) Need assistance in how to configure our Parser to send to the REST API and add/update existing records. CSV upload and column assignment How it should work: 1) A user registers their account and a database table is created for their use 2) User uploads their initial CRM file and match columns to the table columns 3) Records updates are made via a WEB API that we send to from parsed email sales data 4) User can view records, add comments, schedule calls, send 1 time messages, setup custom automations based on customer habits (# of orders, last order, total spent, order source, etc) I've attached screenshots of a similar site. Want UI to be similar.
