I am looking for PHP developer for long term relationship for building website with PHP, MySQL, Laraval, jQuery, Javascript, Bootstrap 4.x, Bootstrap themes from bootswatch.com.
The design must be 100% responsive since 97% of the website traffic are Mobile users.
The website already exist and built with Perl [login to view URL] and its mobile app is called "Islambook" on the stores:

Many features in the mobile app does not exist in the website yet will be added and many features still will be added. therefore it is long term relationship job.
First Task: This project is for this first task only points 1-12

This is first task proposal for developing website, please bid for this task only now:

1) - The website will be developed using PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap 4.x the latest version, and jQuery.
2) - The website will be multi lingual and will start with the English and Arabic
and in the Arabic mode should support full RTL layout and do the same for all RTL languages.
All text and strings used inside the website will be placed in separate language files for
easy translation and modifications.
3) - The website will be multi themes where user can select the theme among many themes.
Themes will be used are the bootstrap 4.x themes from [login to view URL]
4) - The website will be 100% template driven, all HTML and layout will be in separate templates
files for easy customization.
5) - The template design should have widgets or sub templates where widgets can be inserted
inside other templates to avoid redundancy and repeated code.
For example make a widget or sub template for all pages header and call it Header and one for all pages called Footer etc.
6) - The design should be responsive 100% mobile as the website traffic is 97% Mobiles users.
7) - List of some templates widgets or sub templates to consider for almost all pages:
Header, Footer, Navbar, BotNavBar, StatusBar, TopAd, BottomAd, MiddleAd, LeftAd, RightAd,
LeftNav, RightNav, Stats, Copyright, Bottom, Top, Social.
8) - Organize the app folders for example themes in folder, languages in folder, config, download, upload, audio, assets, etc:
lang/ar
/en
theme/ folder for each bootstrap theme
9) - Start building the website app framework based on the above requirements.
10) - Start by adding top and bottom navs and a user registration page.
11)- The website will be using MySQL and should be ready for heavy traffic, must use SQL Transactions.
12)- The top nav bar should have icons for changing language, theme, settings, username or register , home, logo.
This project is just the first task and the website Framework to start building the entire website over it, it is a long term relationship job and maintenance.
