PHP Developer Needed

IMPORTANT: READ THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY AND DO NOT BID BLINDLY. I will discuss the project with you before you make your bid if you need to, but the whole thing is outlined here so you really should have all your questions answered by reading these materials THOROUGHLY. This project will need to be coded and handled using only the latest sdk, versions of php and database, etc. Everything must be fresh and current. I have two sites that need converted from windows server (coded with vb using access db, asp, aspx, ajax, etc) to a NON windows server using php or some other reliable technologies. The site must be fast loading, and reliable. The overview is attached along with source code and databases, there will be a few sections that you will not have to re-create, as we dont have a need for them. You must also structure this so the data is easily accesible and read, I should be able to look at the raw data and see whats going on, without having to have a degree. You will need to setup the site on your windows hosting environment if you want to see it in action. Please ONLY SUBMIT the bid that you want to go with. If you try to change your bid once its submitted, You will be banned and blocked from future jobs with us. You will do one site then if the result is good, you will be awarded to bid on the second site. Must communicate in perfect english, you must be available sometime between 8am and 11pm Eastern Time Zone. The majority of your time must be done during this time frame as i can be available in case you need questions answered. You will be the DEVELOPER, and not a company that employs a developer, you will be paid in full when the site is complete and working to standards and all deliverables have been inspected for security, breaches, etc, and not before then.
