Php code to export webmail contacts without App verification

I want a php code that can export contacts from Yahoo and Hotmail using only the username and password, a kind of process called scraping. Such that user will not have to accept an app request, it will just proceed to fetch the contacts and save them to database. Further explanations will be made upon request, and i want this done really quickly. Thanks.
