PHP & SQL Developer require for code fix

I am looking for a Database Adninistrator who can tune several queries for an existing Open Souce System. The application is MX_SMARTOR. There are two major problems: 1: There are a number of queries in the MX_SMARTOR photo album which take up too much resource and need to be tunes. 2: The application has a security fault where spammers seem to be able to mail using this application? Any faulty code that allows this to happen needs to be fixed or removed. The systems used are: MX Portal [login to view URL] which is a CMS System based on PHPBB. MX Smartor which is a Photo Album which has been ported to be a module for the MX Portal. The primary reason for this project is to fine tune the database queries for the mx_smartor photo album. A development server will be made available for you to work on.
