Phase 1 Web Application (later android app)

We basically need a mobile friendly web application developing, the app can run directly off the website if its built correctly without needing to be coded specifically. Should also be semi responsive within reason so it works on larger screens. But this will be primarily used on mobile devices. All data should be hosted on our own severs. Simple web app with feature the following Registration/login (with email or gmail/facebook etc) Subscription options week/month/year and payment through a payment processor (our choice of payment processor to be defined later) BTCPAY server Photo upload User Photo rating Profile page/edit info page. Data capture - number of subscriptions , forcasted subscriptions based on longer memberships, number of users, number of uploads.
