Small company with 4 employees looking for inexpensive modification of Perfex
Timesheets and Leave Management for Perfex CRM module. Purpose is to allow workers to record on site times and location via their android (no IOS) cell phones and internet access to our company Perfex system.
The attached excel file shows both a mockup of graphical to be used by workers. The management of that graphic is to performed by use of the Timesheets and Leave Management for Perfex CRM module.
The rules of use are:
Function
Technition goes to job site to perform work
Upon Arrival he presses Project drop down and chooses job
He then presses drop down and chooses his name
He presses red time-in button and sys time is inserted
At end of job or when going to lunch, etc he presses time-out and it is inserted
Rules:
he may do time-in and time-out as many times as necessary
He may not do a time-out without a time-in or a time-in without a time out
Work performed remains constant for that day unlsess changed by technician due to extra work performed, changes by customer or other reasons
he is not required to reenter for that day if he does time-in or time-out and then returns to job site.
GPS location in lat / long or other of your suggestion be recorded to prove that technician was actually on site when checking in
