Online portal: #1 Require to set up menus and items and prices of items online. #2view analytics and turn on or off. Manage users permission with payment (to pay monthly fee). Admin manages on or off for users. (Optional features) Offline machine: Direct connect ethernet portal or wifi set up, one click set up, the user can select customizable products using the touch screen then print out the summary product and list of cost. Lets say it will be similar to online but maybe with separate styling. ALso regarding connection between raspberry and online version, you have to care about this(wifi or cable no matter), as this seem not part of project. I will have more questions.
