I have an existing php web form that needs to be optimized. I know exactly what I want. I am experienced with relational databases I just don't know web / php coding. I have a Mysql database with existing tables and live data. I have been using Microsoft Access to view my data. I have developed several forms and it works fine. I am wanting to eventually convert my entire database to online forms but this task is just to optimize one web based form and it's 4 subforms. The form has already had developed but not fully finished to my satisfaction. There is one main form "clients" with 4 sub forms (contacts, addresses, equipment, and ticket history). I need drop down lists created and data validation. I will need a few tables created in the mysql database and data imported into them to use as drop down lists. I need one of the subforms "contacts" to be searchable and provide a link to open the main clients form. I can give a full list of details once awarded.
