If I win this project: 1. look through plugins - some of them can be disabled and it's functionality added to theme files. 2. If not, download jQuery from google CDN 3. Move theme scripts, styles and images to subdomain - it will speed up site 4 . Set up cache , if not 5. etc. need to see real site
