Open Ads in a Tabunder Method Extracted

I have a wordpress plugin that allows Adsense Ad Banners to Open in a Tab Under. What this means is, once the user clicks on the Ad, the ad opens in the current browser tab as normal but the original page opens in a new tab on top of it. This creates a Tab Under effect in which the Ad is in the background. I need a JS expert to comb through the code for this plugin and extract the method used to create this tabunder effect, unobfuscate the code, and modify it so it can applied to a plain test html page you'll be given. The expected result after this job is, I need this JS code freed from the plugin and modified so I can use it for other Ad networks other then Adsense and anything else I choose. This may mean some changing of the code to accommodate this.
