I am looking for a developer who can help me create simple application - plugin for wordpress.
Idea is to provide easy to use, simple BMI calculator.
This BMI calculator plugin must be searched on [login to view URL] and show up just as any other plugin.
User must be able to make it show up on any page or the post by inserting a tag [BMICALCULATOR] or something more unique on any page of the web site.
PLUGIN SETTINGS:
User must be able to define in settings if they want to use EU or US metric system (kg, lbs, inches) etc.. For example: {BMICALCULATOR metric="imperial"}
User must be able to change style of the calculator, we will need to provide basic template that user will be able to customize, change colors, change with and height.
One of the settings must be allow developer URL on your site, which will be checked by default. In that case, URL to our site will be displayed at the bottom of user's web site.
Does not have to be "rocket science". Just simple, light weight BMI calculator.
You must be able to develop this plugin according to my specifications above and help me install and make this plugin available for downloads on wordpress.org.
In order to bid, you must provide plugins developed either by you or your organization on wordpress.org.
I will be asking questions about development process and code as I am a programmer.
