I am an insurance broker. I need to fully personalize a ZOHO CRM to manage my clients and the products they subscribe to. The CRM must be exclusively in FRENCH, and each user must have his access to add his new customers, as well as the product which they will have subscribed. For my part, I must have ADMIN access to supervise and control all of the firm's clients. I have to integrate each product that I offer, to then apply it to a new customer in the CRM, and that the crm automatically calculates the commissions for the commercial. Other details may be added in the future.
