We are looking for someone to edit contributed articles and write profiles and feature articles for a well established trade magazine. Our offices are based in Crowborough East Sussex and although the role can be handled remotely it would be necessary to be in the office on a regular basis. There also some UK and occasional overseas travel to trade shows and press events. We need someone with the ability to deliver accurate copy to a deadline and that can manage themselves and the workflow. Contributions come from a variety of sources with varied quality so the ability to deal technical articles and edit without losing the relevance is essential. Also you will need to quickly develop an understanding of the basics of the market we work in. We are looking for a regular freelancer to work with with on an ongoing basis. we publish 10 issues a year.
