I have a problem right now - my customers are contacting me via WhatsApp but only one of my staff is holding on to the company mobile phone. WhatsApp web is only able to be used by the staff holding on to the phone too (as long as another person logs in via web, she is dropped). I am wondering if there is any way a web app can be developed, so that we can use it like how LivePerson is used? 1. Between 3-5 persons to be able to access and reply to the messages. 2. Any one of us can take over any of the messages to reply to. 3. We can all see the previous messages and respond appropriately, from anywhere. I am okay if if this a stand-alone web app, or if this is a WordPress plugin.

Frontend app for your employee to reply on messages Whatsapp api is to expensive so it's bad idea to use it here.
