magmypic fix

i have a site like magmypic but the uploaidng process needs to be fixed asap. i need this doing within 10 hours time please. i am online 1) yoou need to put all the files i will provide u onto my server. 2) fix the uploading process so the image which is uploaded does not appear strecthed like it currently is. 3)some small other amends on the site. u need to be able to be online from now for the next 10+ hours. available via msn, skype or gtalk and telephone is required.
