Looking to Have Our Exisitng Website Finished -- 2

We are starting a new online business, this is our website, www.funfreefreebies.com. We need this web site finished, there is still work to [login to view URL] need the functionality of this sample site, [login to view URL], added to our existing site. There are three areas that need additional attention. 1. Our first two pages need additional functionality so people can pick their own Country, then their Province and then finally, pick their own individual City. 2. We need the ability for people to pick their Contest, buy a ticket , go through the listing process and then finally, we need the ability to hold and conduct individual Contests, exactly like our sample site does, gimmie.ie. 3.  We need to sell monthly subscription programs to businesses from our website. Businesses need to be able to pick from a choice of 3 subscription monthly programs, sign up and pay for them from our site.   WE are looking for a programmer that has the experience and skills to finish off our first website and then continue working for us as our regular programmer, available to work on additional projects on an ongoing basis.
