Hello, I have a simple HTML webpage with 11 input fields where I add my customers into a mysql database. When I click submit this data is stored through PHP ($_POST) What I am looking for is someone to add the following features to my HTML/PHP 1) Upload of pictures (2 pictures). Pictures are uploaded to folder on server, given unique name and name of picture stored in MYSQL. Image 1 is named "picture_$firstname_$[login to view URL]" second name is named "picture_$[login to view URL]". If picture already exist then no new image is uploaded 2) If "Firstname" and "Lastname" already exist in database then record will be updated and the "version" field in database added with +1 Lowest bidder wins project Bidders with standard text are not considered Thank you!
