Job/Recruitment Website - use a readily available script for a head start

***Please make a note in your bid details of what site script you propose to use and edit*** We're looking to launch a job site where employers can register and post job ads, and job seekers can register and view jobs in their area. There are loads of readily available scripts out there for such a site, many of them free or very low cost ($20/$30 etc). We're happy to use a prebuilt site like this but also require a few customisations. The site will be for the UK so when users search for jobs in their area it will of course need to use UK towns/cities and counties, not US states. One customisation we need is the ability to add co-registration offers to the user registration form, and this to be controlled in the admin area. An example coreg is "Would you like a call from EDF to see if they can save you money on your energy bills?" - when a user ticks yes then another question also appears asking how they pay their bills, and the options are multiple choice "Direct Debit, Prepayment, etc.." When a user completes one of the co-registration offers we submit the data to the relevant advertiser through a post string such as [login to view URL] - our server should record this submission and the response from the advertisers service. We need the ability to add and manage coregs from our admin system. Another customisation we need is that we need to be able link to the individual job postings on social media, but our site should take the user to a registration page before showing them the full job ad. A lot of our traffic will come from social media. The site should use cookies so that if a user has already registered it'll keep them logged in and just take them straight to the job ad.
