Hello. First of all, the system you are looking for is 100% achievable. The system would permit admin staff to add/edit/remove membership details, including personal details; as well as the type of membership, duration, and start date of said membership. Finally, the ability to register and replace members' card would of course be included. I would ensure that the data could be exported to an Excel file, as requested. A USB barcode scanner would work with the system, to register the members' visits. The system would allow manual overriding from staff, should the members' card show signs of wear. An alert would be sent via e-mail to indicate a membership that is due to expire. A recommendation I would suggest (perhaps in an additional project) is the following. On an alert to staff, indicating a membership is expiring; what if the system included a break down of their visits. If they tend to come during "off-peak" time, or weekends, a promotion (or other incentive) could be considered by staff to keep the membership ongoing.
