Improvement of form

I have a website which needs improving at the order form process. It's created in Adobe Muse. Please provide an accurate quote detailing what you will cover and provide examples. I offer only one product. But there are a lot of options for that one product, eg whether it's framed, which size, post and packing etc. This page needs improving: [login to view URL] Currently there are too many buttons which leave the page and take you to Paypal. I need a basket adding which pops up and you can close it. I've bought a Muse widget to create a shopping cart which does this somehow. and for those who don't have Paypal I have an order form. Not all the questions are relevant to the user. Ideally it will be a split form with only the relevant options appearing depending what you initially select. Eg, when buying the picture you choose options 1-3. Certain questions don't apply if you choose option 3 so I'd rather they weren't visible. and using your knowledge of best practice for forms and usability features to improve the existing form.
