I need to display a graph that has bars that change colors depending on whether or not conditions are met. I believe this can be accomplished with these instructions: [login to view URL] I also need to set up conditional formatting that pulls from other cells in the workbook. Pls check attached video and understand it. After that , pls give your proposal. You must get solution to do this and show me its demo sample. You must write "Understood" in the top of your proposal. I will need you to show me the steps for implementing this on Google Sheets.
