Hi there, I would give you synopsis that I would to achieve this. I am going to use text to speech api and present you python code that will run on Datalabs. You can initiate the datalab in GCP and paste your text and content can be downloaded as MP3. I will make the speech api to use standard voice so that you will not hit more than free-tier of 4M chars and that would save you 4 to 16 usd.
