Cirrus1: PHP/Javascript Junior Web Developer Start date: September 2018 Location: Remote Cirrus1 are looking for a junior PHP and Javascript/Node.js developer to work on the flagship Cirrus1 product, GatedContent.com. Your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will be contributing to the delivery of high-quality, high-availability applications utilising the PHP Laravel framework, Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript and Node.JS. You will work alongside our small existing development team; due to the startup nature of this project you must be proactive and will take full responsibility for your own work, ensuring high quality output delivered against minimal specifications. Required Skills: Demonstrable OO-PHP skills MySQL database management Vanilla OO JavaScript skills, both in the browser and Node.JS HTML5/CSS3 Mobile responsive frontend development utilising the Twitter Bootstrap framework Desirable Skills: Experience with Laravel or equivalent MVC framework [login to view URL] with Express Vue.js (or equivalent) Apache Linux DevOps experience CDN configuration and management OpenShift Online or equivalent cloud service providers (e.g. AWS) Experience delivering high quality UX/UI Using and developing REST APIs Sass (or equivalent CSS compiler) Gulp (or equivalent task manager) To apply, please send your CV and portfolio.
