Hi; I inspected your sound files. Very strange! The one that is not working with iTunes have bad file headers; strangely, it has headers from a HTML file! Since headers are wrong, some players play it, but iTunes is picky about it. I can fix the issue. I'm into audio - video stuff, so its not hard for me to diagnose it.
