Fix a glitch on a PHP Symfony 3 website

A website I own has developed a critical glitch and stopped updating and the freelancer I hired to develop it has taken full time employment and doesn't have the time to diagnose and fix the issue. The issue is that none of the listings are no longer updating daily and can't be updated or reset manually. I am getting two CHRON errors. they are as follows.
