I want to creat Expert Advisor for mt4 platform, it is simple one, (cross 100 MA with distance befor and after) but I need a person that trade too, not only programmer. so it will be clear what I want, and will do proper testing, I will need a week time for testing to make sure that the EA is working as I need and agreed.

I´ve already have an own EA that does almost what you want. However I´ve been developen several strategys fot MT4 for 4 and 5 digits brokers or 2 and 3 digits pairs. But one thing, You can test the EA on strategy tester you can find it pressing Ctrl+R on your MT4 so It´s possible to test this EA on the time range that you want.
