Enhance existing application by adding a multilingual language phrasebook app + screensaver

(Please read the PDF file attached, it is more convenient) Please only bid on this project if you have already done similar project or if you feel it will be easy for you to carry it, since the budget for this is very low. Alternatively, if you already have an application that behave like this, just customize it in order to match my requirements. The application is for helping people from my country (Cameroon) to speak their native local languages. There are many local languages in Cameroon, more than 200, but we will first just focus on few of them (about 20 languages). So there will be 20 languages in the phrasebook, with three based languages (French, English and German) The purpose is to develop a multilingual phrasebook web and android application with good design interface that will have the following features: 1- The user will first select one language out of the 20 languages. 2- Categorized by themes (greetings, daily life common expressions, expressions love, expressing anger, etc.) 3- The user should be able to listen to the nufi language and the English script by clicking on a readme button. 4- The user should be able to quickly find an expression by searching in a search box using some keywords. 5- The screen saver part will have similar features like the following software, mimochodem screensaver; see the link bellow. In fact, we will provide you with the following web app [login to view URL] and the following android application source code: link here. So you will use the source code and integrate the phrasebook module in the existing code. Only the screensaver part is new. How will you deliver the project? The web app will be embedded in my website and the android sourcode will be sent to me. What will I provide? 1- Source codes of the web and android app. 2- Some sample phrases and corresponding audio files. And I will assists you if you need more information.
