Design and implement client portal & admin portal

We are looking for someone who has experience in making customer login portals, WordPress website currently: [login to view URL] What is it used for? We are a telephone answering service so we need a customer portal where clients can register, deposit funds, wait for admin approval, Then our team will start taking the clients customer calls on their behalf. When we have a new call we will input this into our admin portal which will deduct the call amount from the clients account balance and show the data inputted from the agent In the customer messages, so they can follow up the call. SMS will be sent to client informing them. Portal requirements: Login page from WordPress site Registration page. Pay-as-you-go account or Monthly Deposit funds in account feature. Client can view messages in message portal. SMS Feature- When we have a new call and input on the system for client to view it will send the client a text message informing them of the new contact. - And all the other pages including call stats The portal doesn't need to look like the ideas below- They are just to give a rough idea of what we are looking for. We need someone who can fully manage the whole process and implement this into our website
