Hello Friend, Hope you are doing well. I can create a backend module where you can add translation for any store these translations will be stored in Magento database. It will be a very flexible and easy to use model with below features: 1) one click download csv of all possible transaction in Magento system. 2) You can find the text (English) from excel sheet as reference and add the related translation from Magento backend. 3) Translation List/Add/Edit/Delete feature to manage the transactions. I am currently working on this model and will publish it on Magento marketplace ASAP. Other than that I can also translate the content with traditional manual process.
