Create a simple Joomla EventListener Plugin

we search for a company/freelancer who could build us some simple joomla plugins. For this job we need a plugin, which listens to the common Joomla events and traces out details of the userid, article, time and the corresponding moduleid, componentid or pluginid of the root of the events. E.g. - on saving an article we want to log via JLog the userId, the articleId and the article title - on saving in a module, we want to log via JLog the moduleId, the module name and the causing userId (of the save) As target Joomla we want to support 3.6.x and later. With php 5.6 and later. So your tasks are: creating the plugin folder and file structure creating the listener implementation implementing the events in the listener packaging the plugin as a installable zip If you have expertise on joomla/php and you are able to solve this, let us know your time estimate for the above mentioned tasks. We also want to let you know we will only get started with more tasks, if you sign a NDA, IP-protection and a customer protection. All contracts contain a fine, which gets used, if you or your team is ignoring the contracted conditions. We will share you the contracts in advance. And we also share in advance that we will NOT start without any of the given contracts, since we had already very bad experience before.
