Probably you have a vulnerabe plugin/theme and someone upload a backdoor for your server. Can help you with removing malware. Have server-side soft which scan all files on server and detect virus code,, backdoors, shell, spamers and others. Can find all crypted malware, thats not possible for antivirus. Three steps to clean your site: 1. Scan all files for suspicious instructions. 2. Manually check files from first step and remove viruses 3. Find and fix security holes 4. Generate full report for you. SSH access needed.
