1 - In New ticket page - Convert "email address" field to "NID Card Number", it should be formatted and visible without the @[login to view URL] at the end and make i Add an Address field, Customer ID field on new ticket page. View how the popup is. [login to view URL] username : vadmin password : google@123 Basically in OS ticket, you cant remove email address since its a compulsory field. But you have to improvise here, having to rename it to NID Card Number and make it work as NID Card Number, remove email field completely.
