CS-Cart Modifications/Add-ons

Hi we just migrated to CS-Cart and we have some modifications we'd like. The main goal of the modification is to make it possible for the owner (us) of the marketplace to add our fee in % to the vendor price without showing the fee value to a vendor in the vendor panel or a customer on the storefront. We have sellers, We buy from them on wholesale price, then we resell with markup. So, example we item we buy an item at 18,000/, then we add 15% - so the price comes to 20,700/. So retail price should show 21,000/ (rounded up). In the vendor panel it should show 18,000. Basically, Our markup or marked-up price should not be visible to the seller panel. Also we should be able to decide markup based on category, seller or brand. In Shipping and Billing we have County & State. We want to add District and Area to show automatically based on city. There are regions -> regions have districts -> districts have areas within them. So there will be 3 drop downs. regions, District and Area. 2 of them - district and area will be dynamic based on what user selects. eg. Choose region, then load correct districts for that region and then load correct areas based on what district is selected. I have attached the excel file that contains all regions, district and area information. This will go on all forms that have to do with address eg upon registration, or shipping/billing address. Also We wanted to calculate shipping fees based on district as there is a fixed shipping price for each district/region. Sort of like this [login to view URL] We want Bell Icon to Have order notification. In both admin & vendor panels. this addon already exists but shows green line, we want the bell notification. [login to view URL] We want also want Ribbons/labels eg to indicate a product is sold in packs of 6 pieces on products or anything that we want to say (attaching PNG) Last but not least, we want payment API integration which uses USSD-push.
