Built a web site in DRUPAL with me learning in the process

I need to build a web site to function as a directory for specific businesses and will allow people to search and contact the business through the web site. I know this project will take a while and require advanced workflow and security management, therefore you must be willing to stick around for the long run as the project may slow down and then pick up during the next year. Also, in the process, I need you to act as a mentor or trainer for me and be willing to run training sessions through Skype or through directions through email. You must be willing to send in periodic updates, account for the work hours, have your own testing environment. This is not a project for IDE mouse programmers, beginners or Programmers who can do it ALL. Good luck
