I have 3 restaurants. One is fine dine, one fast casual and carryout joint to a grocery store. I am looking for an app to monitor catering orders. Catering is part of event management. It involves a work flow with many mile stones to monitor and look back. Also it needs interaction with the customer. Here is the requirement at high level. 1. System must have UI for clients and business owners. 2. Client activity: a. Enter personal info. b. Enter Event details. c. Enter head count. d. Select menu items. System suggests quantities, based on an algorithm. e. Place the order or request for estimate. f. Confirms after receiving the estimate. g. Confirms after the food is received. h. Gives feed back. 3. Business Owner activity: a. Review order. Call client if needed. b. Update quantities if needed. c. Price it. d. Submits the price to client. System communicates the price to the client. e. Request for confirmation. f. Communicates a heads up of the event catering to client a day before and on the day of the event two hours prior to the event. g. Communicates when food preparation complete, ready for delivery, and on the way. h. Updates payment details. i. Keep track of outstanding dues. This system should be able to integrate into Clover POS system (Future requirement) All source code should be given and should be able to maintain. Hosted on cloud. Should be mobile friendly.
