An online whiteboard application allows thousands of students and teacher to use an online platform for teaching purposes. I need a web based application which does not need anything to install : flash . It can be used on every OS. Features: it will have the following users: 1. Admin 2. Co-Admin 3. Moderator 4. Student 5. Tutor Features: Online Tutoring interactive Canvas : Pencil, Eraser, Drawing, Chatting Scheduling classes Query and Discussion Forum etc. There are plenty of whiteboards available such as of Brainfuse or Scribbler We can discuss this in detail

Hi, Since you do not need Flash and to be supported in all OS, so we recommend JAVA technology or Python to make this whiteboard feature for real-time tutoring experience for people. I saw Brainfuse and Scribbler and could not find resemblence because Scribbler is meant for Card customization and Brainfuse sems to have based in old ASP.
